General conditions

1. Check-in and check-out hours in Villas Fourka by guests are: 15:00 PM, check-out before 12:00 AM.
2. Each guest must send copy of the passport or ID card before arrival.
3. Guests are required to use Villas Fourka as intended and return it to the Owner. The keys can be taken
from the reception of the hotel Belo Horizonte, located in next to Villas Fourka and have to be returned to
the reception at check-out.
4. Guests shall, before leaving the Villas Fourka clean all appliances, dishes and cutlery used throughout their
stay and throw the garbage into the containers that are on the road leading to the house or at the parking in
front of the hotel
5. Any damages or losses caused by guests during their stay at Villas Fourka and common areas are on their
account and guests should refund them and/or recover items immediately.
6. The number of people (adults and children) during the stay should not exceed the number of guests listed
in the booking confirmation.
7. In case guests are planning to hold an event during their stay like a party, birthday, wedding, etc., which
involve presence of a large number of people or if they intend to use Villas Fourka and common parts for
purposes different from holiday or recreation, they must promptly inform the Owner and ask for his special
approval. In certain cases, the Owner may require signing a tourist service contract.
8. Smoking on the premises of Villas Fourka is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the yard adjacent.
9. No pets are allowed on the territory of Villas Fourka without the prior written consent from the Owner.
10. Illegal and immoral activities, including gambling, drug distribution, use of fireworks and the possession
and use of firearms are strictly prohibited on the territory of Villas Fourka.
11. All repairs related to damage caused by normal use and wear in Villas Fourka and common areas for
guests, incl. and surrounding yard shall be borne by the Owner.
12. In case of excessive or unreasonable loss or damage caused by guests during their stay, the Owner or its
representative may request the tourist and accompanying person exempt Villas Fourka immediately, with no
right to plead for reimbursement amount.
13. Prior accommodation in Villas Fourka guests pay a deposit-guarantee, the amount of which is determined
on the period of their stay and number of guests. The same shall be refunded within 5-7 days after leaving
Villas Fourka and in the absence of grounds for its detention.
14. In case of disregard of these requirements, as well as demonstrations of indecent behavior by guests and
accompanying persons, the owner has every right to ask the latter to leave the property immediately with
no right to reimbursement, to keep the prepaid deposit-guarantee, and require immediate restoration and /
or payment of all damages and shortages.
15. Services and fees included in the price of accommodation: tourist tax, electricity, water, heating, change
of towels and sheets every 4th day, the use of common parts of the Villas Fourka.
16. Services and fees to be paid additionally: mini bar, daily cleaning and replacing of towels and / or sheets
on request, food and catering.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE OBLIGATORY FOR ALL GUESTS OF VILLAS FOURKA!
ONCE THE BOOKING IS ACCEPTED AND CONFIRMED, EVERY GUEST AUTOMATICALLY AGREES TO COMPLY
WITH THEM AND ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELEVANT VIOLATION!
